Agenda for Monday, July 30thAugust 20th

Review of action items & status from last week

1. What was discussed in the last status meeting?
   1. Running the RxScripts on Lab-B
      
      1. Currently we are seeing approx. 2 issues still exist ( fail ) with the nightly Lab-B tests :
         1. OcapAppDriverTest - OCAP App Driver Playback issue - Will add code to wait for playback position event to be sent in both core and Rx Scripts. 
         2. SimpleRecordingScript -  Nicolas is seeing multiple issues within simple record mode. He has reopened an existing ticket related to unable to discover the Media Server. Also seeing a problem related to hardware and/or O/S. Seems to run much better on new H/W with Windows 7 O/S.
   2. Nicolas updated the RxScripts to utilize the BigBuckBunny video. 
   3. Opening new ticket/issue - Nicolas is seeing failure of live streaming using Big Buck Bunny. 
   4. Do we have an overlap in testing, appears we have more than one script doing the same test?
   5. Would like to utilize the proposed naming scheme that depicts the type of testing being conducted. 
   6. Do we want to continue with the wrap-up or naming project now?
      1. Nicolas will start with a couple of simple renaming - start small / be focused.
      2. Neha will start OCAP App Driver Test.

         1. Fail: AlternateURI.bsh
         2. Fail: HNLiveStreamingRapidRateChanges.bsh
         3. Intermittent Failure: OcapAppDriverTest.bsh
         4. Intermittent Timeout: HNLiveStreamingTrickScript.bsh
         5. Intermittent Timeout: SimpleRecordingScript.bsh
      When can we eliminate DVR Exerciser. What type of communication is required to the MSOs to make this happen?
2. Review potential enhancements we could consider for the Rx
   1. What components should be improved / upgraded? No work identified thus far until nightly scripts are corrected.
   2. Are there initiatives & new requests from the Home Networking scrum team we should consider?ScottA & I will work to discuss options in HN Agile Planning Session. Lori added in one user story. What open source videos should we utilize? SteveH will contact Howard to see if they could share some video's with CableLabs

Agenda Items:

1. How is the work progressing within RxScriptlets to fix the "Failures" & "Timeouts"?
   
   1. Do we believe the time-outs are under control? Only 2 failures exist currently 
   2. Do we have any additional issues that still need to be addressed? 
   3. Auto Discovery strategy? Reopened the issue identified by Nicolas.
   4. VPOP Playback & Performance Issues? Lori discussed issue with SteveM - synch-up with SteveM when he returns from vacation: Entered as an OCORI Issue will get to it when he is able.?
2. Bug Scrub Time Period (78/23 13 to 78/3020)
   
   1. New Issues that were "Created" within the past week = 37
   2. Issues "In Progress" across the team = 63
   3. Tickets that were "Resolved" in the past 7 Days = 37
   4. Total number of Tickets "Unresolved" still to be worked = 3836
